The old Contacts2go website needed a clean up, and MaxGen were more than happy to help.  The main thing that the team from Optical Brands needed was a little help on the transaction side of things.  With hundreds of orders each day piling in, it often became overwheming.

To keep the paperwork in line, a custom XSIS CMS was built to cover a wide variety of reports and member management features.  One of the coolest of which is automated groups of marketing segments.  For example if the Contacts2go team wants to send an email newsletter to a specific group of customers they can.  The raw data needed to do so is instantly added to a subscriber list in Mailbomb - our easy to use Email Marketing system.

MaxGen are a great company to deal with. Court and Daniel are quick to understand what is required and have all the skills needed to implement. Our demands have at times been wide and varied, yet MaxGen have always managed to meet our expectations.
