XP Computers had an old, out-of-the-box website that worked - but not very well. Like a lot of online retailers, the issue came down to their processes. Instead of the manual experience of old, MaxGen proposed a slick and streamlined system that hooked in directly to their stock management system.
The first thing MaxGen did was study their existing Point Of Sale system. From there a clever link between website transactions and the instore stock controls was created. Effectively all XP's web transactions were automated and could be managed from their existing systems. No more data entry double-ups!
