The English Language Academy website was in the dark ages! No online applications, no online payment, and a super complication menu structure. MAXGEN was tasked with moving them from a mostly "print and email" application form setup to something much smarter to meet user expectations.
Key to the ELA rebuild was a smart application system, integrated directly with their back-office student management. This form, to be used by both applicants and agents, has transformed the schools online presence.
Aside from the new application functionality, the smart and attractive new design has been greeted by students and staff with delight. Class timetables are simple to find through a new login system and even homestay families can access important info about their tenants.
